About Ritz Carlton Pompano Beach

The Ritz Carlton Residences is the newest planned project for the fast growing city of Pompano Beach, FL. The two parcels of land the project will be built on is comprised of an oceanfront parcel as well as a deep waterfront parcel totaling close to 5 acres. Residential condo towers are planned for both parcels of land.

The Ritz Carlton condo tower directly on the ocean is approved for 31 stories and the condo tower on the west side of A1A is approved for 14 stories. The combined project will total 206 units. Residents will enjoy 250’ of direct oceanfront on Pompano Beach as well a marina for owners on a deep water canal.

The oceanfront tower on the east side of A1A will offer 5 different floor plans. There will be a 1 bedroom option facing west and the remaining residences will all have direct ocean views. The north and south corners will will be 4 bedroom units with flow-through units and views east to the ocean and west to the Intracoastal. The two interior units will be 2 and 3 bedrooms. Every room in these condos will face directly east towards the ocean.

When the condo tower reaches the 25th floor there will be 4 floor plans per floor creating larger units for those residents requiring more space.

The yacht-club tower on the west side of A1A will range from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom units. The condos on the west side of the tower will have direct waterviews while the units on the east side will have partial ocean views.

The two towers will have their own individual amenities and owners will have access to both buildings. Each tower will have a stunning pool, gym, spa among other amenities. The west tower will have a yachtclub and pickleball court for those owners who want a to play a friendly or competitive game against friends or neighbors. The east tower will have a restaurant only accessible to residents and guests. Private cabanas and dock-slips will be available for sale.

The common areas and interiors of the Ritz will be designed by world renowned designer Piero Lissoni from Italy. His recent work included the newly completed Ritz Carlton Residences in Miami Beach. The interiors of the units will come finished with a selection of flooring, baseboards and paint.
