Ziggurat Coconut Grove is a visionary mixed-use development by The Allen Morris Company, set to transform a 1.7-acre site at 3101 Grand Avenue into a vibrant hub that honors the rich character of Coconut Grove. The project will include a five-story office building with 100,000 square feet of Class-A workspace, a three-story boutique condominium featuring 19 ultra-luxury residences, and approximately 40,000 square feet of curated retail space. Designed with a focus on walkability and nature, Ziggurat will feature lush pedestrian paseos leading to a central courtyard, a rooftop restaurant with sweeping Biscayne Bay views, and interiors by Miami’s Collarte Interiors.
